I recently attended the Root to Rise workshop hosted by Winny in Singapore, and it was exactly what I needed and so much more. Winny is a wonderful facilitator whose calm and inviting demeanor made me feel instantly welcome, as if we’d known each other forever. She creates a beautiful, safe space that encourages us to share movement and connect deeply with one another.

I entered the space with a lot swirling in my head, but the guided meditation helped me recenter and fully embrace the present moment. Winny had a fantastic playlist and we had a blast with the props, dancing and playing in the space.

Winny has a special gift for connecting with people, embodying a feminine power that both inspires and leads. I’m already looking forward to collaborating with her again and dancing together in the future.

I really enjoyed the Cycle-Aligned Fasting Guide — even though I didn’t follow the fasting protocol strictly (since I’m currently training intensively for Hyrox), I still found it incredibly valuable.

What stood out most to me was the food guidance across different cycle phases and even when should I slow down in my activities and when to push! I’ve been referring to the food list to help me choose meals that match my body’s energy needs, recovery, and focus levels throughout each phase. It’s helped me feel more in tune with my cycle and more balanced, even with a heavy training load.

It’s a thoughtful, empowering resource — practical enough to adapt whether you’re fasting, training, or simply wanting to nourish yourself smarter. Highly recommend for any active woman wanting to align nutrition with her body’s rhythm!
